Synopsis (possible spoiler): Welcome to Willard, a small town lost in the idyllic world of the 50’s, where the sun shines every day, everybody knows their neighbor, and rotting zombies carry the mail.
I had a lot of fun with this movie. It does fall a bit in the second half, but the first half should keep you going to the end, and still enjoy it.
Wow. That was quick! A trailer for Quarantine can be found on Apple’s trailer site! It’s a remake of [Rec], a movie from Spain I really enjoyed. It features Jennifer Carpenter (Dexter’s sister).
No poster as of yet, but here the link to the trailer and IMDb info:
Synopsis: While covering the night shift at a small-town fire department, an ambitious young television reporter (Manuela Velasco) and her cameraman follow the crew on a call to rescue an elderly woman unable to escape the inferno that is consuming her home. Upon their arrival at the scene, the calm midnight air is pierced by the sound of horrific screams.
An interesting movie that is! It’s all handheld, and has a very authentic feel to it. I didn’t know what to expect from it, but it was a really satisfying flick. Can recommend!
