Synopsis (possible Spoiler): Four friends/fledgling entrepreneurs, knowing that there’s something bigger and more innovative than the different error-checking devices they’ve built, wrestle over their new invention.
OK, I admit it. Even after reading the Wikipedia page for the movie, I still have trouble figuring it all out. So what? It’s an amazing low-budget movie that cost $7000 to make, but made $424,760 worldwide! How about that for a first-time directory payoff? It’s an amazing piece of film for the money – that’s for sure. I’ve seen it 4 times, and it still amazes me.
Synopsis (possible spoiler): Welcome to Willard, a small town lost in the idyllic world of the 50’s, where the sun shines every day, everybody knows their neighbor, and rotting zombies carry the mail.
I had a lot of fun with this movie. It does fall a bit in the second half, but the first half should keep you going to the end, and still enjoy it.
Wow. That was quick! A trailer for Quarantine can be found on Apple’s trailer site! It’s a remake of [Rec], a movie from Spain I really enjoyed. It features Jennifer Carpenter (Dexter’s sister).
